Noise issues?

Post  Tulips on Thu Apr 16, 2015 10:14 pm

Dear residents,

my family and I are thinking of moving into the estate, but the house we are looking at is a terraced one in Williams Grove, and we were wondering about the quality of sound-proofing in these houses. They seem solidly built, but you never know! We have two small children and would like to have a piano. What is your experience of living in these houses? Any issues with noise? We'd hugely appreciate any response!

Many thanks in advance.

Hi
I stay in a semi detached property and the walls are very thin. You can hear what is going on next door quite clearly, so not sure a piano is a great idea.
The terraced properties might be better, hope this helps
